This marinade recipe is sweet and works well on any kind of meat, but particularly pork.

Prep Time: 15�minutes

Total Time: 15�minutes

Yield: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add meat. Turn to coat and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.
