Flank Steak is one of the "flat" steaks and is a versatile and flavorful cut of beef, but you need to know to cooking (think grill it) to get it right. These flank steak recipes are the best I know and are guaranteed to be the best. The secret with grilling this tough cut, is a good marinade and a hot grill.

1. Teriyaki Steak

Preparing a steak, teriyaki style is one of the best ways to make it delicious. This recipe uses flank steak though any kind of steak works well. The marinade helps to make this dish more tender and flavorful.

This is a great, simple recipe for fantastic fajitas. While it might not be purely authentic it still makes a great meal. Top off your fajitas with your favorite toppings, like sour cream and guacamole.
