- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation:
