Balsamic Marinade

This marinade uses the power of balsamic vinegar to tenderize and flavor meats. This marinade works well on poultry and pork. I would particularly recommend it for pork tenderloin.

Total Time: 10?minutes

Yield: Makes about 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram


Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator. This marinade works great with all kinds of pork and poultry.
