To celebrate the USDA coming to its senses and changing the recommended internal temperature for pork cuts from 165 to 145 degrees F. the National Pork Board has teamed up with Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri to give us this "Pork on Pork" recipe that conforms to the new standards.
